An Online Learning Laboratory for Embodied Peace
Peace is a frequency
you learn to hold.
An embodied state of being. A disciplined practice of the mind, body, and soul. A training ground for those willing to meet themselves fully, in shadow and light, and through rupture and repair.

Inner Transformation,
Practiced Here.
Peacelab is an online learning laboratory for the body, mind, and soul. A living school for the ever-curious, ever-growing human being ready to activate peace as a practice, not a destination.
Our foundations come from the Peace Activation Methodology, a field-tested framework for inner healing and conflict transformation developed by Eva Dalak over 25 years in the world's most active conflict zones.
We are its practice home. And we go further: drawing from somatic work, spiritual psychology, embodied feminine wisdom, energy work, and the mystic traditions that ask us to keep expanding.
We teach people how to build capacity within, to face rupture, conflict, and the parts of themselves still at war, so they can show up differently in their relationships, their communities, and the collective field.
“Every conflict is a mirror. Every rupture holds the seed of repair.” - Nada Elrhalami, Founder
The Triad Practice
A practice for heart-centered communication and relational healing.
Triads are at the heart of the Peace Activation trainings. Whether in person or online, our triad practice offers a space to strengthen the relational skills of speaking, listening, and observing. Through this practice, we build the capacity to navigate conflict, deepen connection, and repair relationships.
SOL is a simple reminder of the practices we return to again and again in our triads: speaking authentically, observing consciously, listening deeply, and repairing with care. Through these practices, we cultivate deeper intimacy, clearer communication, and a greater capacity for healing.
Conscious Communication
Speaking truth with presence and care.
Intimacy
The capacity to be seen and remain present.
Relational Healing
Repairing rupture through awareness and practice.
Listener
Receiving without fixing or defending.
Observer
Witnessing the field beneath the words.
Speaker
Learning to express experience clearly.
Nada Elrhalami
Founder of Peacelab
Nada is a Peace Activator and facilitator working at the intersection of inner transformation, spirituality, conflict transformation, and societal change. She designs the educational frameworks, learning experiences, and strategy behind Peacelab as an embodied training space for individuals, leaders, and practitioners.
She holds a Master's degree in Global Affairs and Peacebuilding from New York University. She founded Peacelab as a living practice and school grounded in the understanding that meaningful transformation begins within.
The work focuses on inner inquiry and self-understanding as the foundation for how we relate, lead, and respond to conflict, developing the capacity to hold complexity with presence, without avoidance, collapse, or disconnection from self.
She is of Afghan and Moroccan heritage, born in the United States, and her work is shaped by Sufism and a lifelong inquiry into heart-centered connection through travel, cultural exchange, and spiritual traditions.
