About Peacelab
Built by people
in the practice.
Peacelab is grounded in the Peace Activation Methodology and led by two founders who live this work, not just teach it.
OUR FOUNDATION
Grounded in Peace Activation. Built for many paths.
Peace Activation is Eva Dalak’s own methodology and lineage its own discipline, with its own certification path. It sits at the center of Peacelab as our founding ethos, expressed through five pillars: Conflict Transformation, Spiritual Psychology, Trauma-Responsive Leadership, Embodied Feminine Wisdom, and Somatic Integration.
Across our trainings, we return again and again to a relational practice we call SOL Speaker, Observer, Listener a triad practice for conscious communication and repair.
Peacelab does not certify Peace Activation practitioners that path belongs to Peace Activation itself. Peacelab is the evolving school where this methodology, and others, are practiced, taught, and continually expanded by our community.
Nada Elrhalami
Founder of Peacelab
Nada is a Peace Activator and facilitator working at the intersection of inner transformation, spirituality, conflict transformation, and societal change. She designs the educational frameworks, learning experiences, and strategy behind Peacelab as an embodied training space for individuals, leaders, and practitioners.
She holds a Master's degree in Global Affairs and Peacebuilding from New York University. She founded Peacelab as a living practice and school grounded in the understanding that meaningful transformation begins within.
The work focuses on inner inquiry and self-understanding as the foundation for how we relate, lead, and respond to conflict, developing the capacity to hold complexity with presence, without avoidance, collapse, or disconnection from self.
She is of Afghan and Moroccan heritage, born in the United States, and her work is shaped by Sufism and a lifelong inquiry into heart-centered connection through travel, cultural exchange, and spiritual traditions.
Eva Dalak
Co-Founder of Peacelab
Eva Dalak is dedicated to transforming conflict into possibility and pain into healing. With more than 25 years of experience in international development and women’s empowerment, she brings a trauma-informed and heart-centered approach to her work. As the founder of Peace Activation, Eva works with others to reclaim their resilience, embody compassion, and activate peace from within. Her personal journey inspires her mission to guide others toward lives rooted in wholeness and connection.
Born in Israel and now based in Costa Rica, Eva launched Peace Activation in 2023 in response to the escalating crisis in Israel-Palestine.
Fluent in five languages and trained in international development and law, she combines grassroots depth with policy-level insight. Eva hosts the Peace Is Possible podcast and authors The Other Narrative Substack, sharing stories of resilience and hope from the frontlines of conflict.
