Peacelab × Peace Activation
Peace Activation Foundations Training
Enrollment opens next week · limited spots.
RegisterABOUT THE TRAINING
A live introduction to the Peace Activation methodology.
The Peace Activation methodology was developed by Eva Dalak across 25 years working in active conflict zones. It is field-tested, trauma-informed, and built on the understanding that lasting peace begins inside the human being before it can take root in the world.
This 7-week training, hosted on Peacelab, is your first full encounter with the methodology, taught live by its creator. You’ll learn it through your body, your nervous system, and your own inner landscape, not just as theory but as a practice you carry from week one.
The Curriculum
Seven Thursdays. 10am-12pm Costa Rica.
Deep Listening & Container Building
Begin by creating a grounded container for practice, presence, and deep listening.
Conflict Transformation
Conflict as a portal for inner repair, relational awareness, and transformation.
Trauma-Responsive Leadership
Understanding how trauma shapes the room and how to lead from regulation.
Spiritual Psychology
Meeting the shadow, the inner parts at war, and the deeper self beneath the noise.
Embodied Feminine Wisdom
The intelligence of cycles, grief, repair, and power that nourishes rather than dominates.
Somatic Integration
The body holds the record. Somatic practice is how we rebuild capacity from within.
Integration & Peace in Action
Bringing the practice forward into your relationships, leadership, and daily life.

IS THIS FOR YOU
For the people holding space for others.
This training is for leaders, entrepreneurs, facilitators, coaches, healers, psychologists, and trainers ready to upscale their capacity to hold conflict, lead with presence, and bring this work into daily practice, in the field or in the boardroom.
You don’t need a background in peacebuilding. You need a willingness to do honest, embodied work.
