You are responsible for determining whether a program is appropriate for your personal circumstances. Please seek qualified professional support when needed.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis provider.

You may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, billing details, or other registration information.
You agree to provide current and accurate information and to notify us if your contact information changes.
Program access, Zoom links, passwords, recordings, course materials, and membership access are intended only for the registered participant. You may not share, sell, publish, or distribute access credentials or private program links.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe that access information has been shared or used without authorization.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Refund and cancellation terms will be displayed on the applicable product page, checkout page, or registration agreement and are incorporated into these Terms.
Unless required by law, Peacelab is not obligated to issue a refund outside the stated policy.
If Peacelab cancels an entire paid program and does not provide a reasonable replacement, transfer, or rescheduled date, participants will receive the remedy described in the applicable program communication.
Peacelab is not responsible for missed sessions caused by a participant’s scheduling conflicts, internet connection, technology, travel, or failure to review program communications.
PROGRAM CHANGES
We may reasonably change:
• Facilitators or guest teachers
• Session order
• Curriculum sequence
• Technology platforms
• Delivery format
• Dates or times

We will provide reasonable notice when a significant change affects a paid program.
Minor changes, substitutions, or schedule adjustments do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.

You are responsible for maintaining:
• A compatible device
• A stable internet connection

We do not guarantee that every platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

When a session is being recorded, we will provide notice when reasonably possible.
A recording may capture a participant’s:
• Name
• Image

• Questions
• Voluntary contributions
By remaining in a session after receiving notice that it is being recorded, you consent to the recording to the extent permitted by law.
Participants who do not wish to appear may be able to keep their camera off, change their display name, avoid using the chat, or contact Peacelab in advance to discuss available accommodations.
Program recordings are for authorized participants only. They may not be downloaded, copied, shared, recorded again, published, sold, or distributed unless Peacelab gives written permission.

CONFIDENTIALITY WITHIN GROUP PROGRAMS
Participants may share personal experiences during trainings, triads, community conversations, or live sessions.
You agree to treat information shared by other participants with care and confidentiality.
However, Peacelab cannot guarantee that every participant will honor confidentiality. You should use your own judgment when choosing what to share in a group environment.
Do not disclose information that you are not comfortable sharing with other participants.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, training materials, videos, recordings, graphics, written content, frameworks, exercises, curriculum, downloads, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Peacelab, Peace Activation, Eva Dalak, guest teachers, or other identified rights holders.

PARTICIPANT CONTENT
You retain ownership of original content you voluntarily submit, such as comments, questions, testimonials, or written reflections.
When you intentionally submit content for publication, promotion, or testimonial use, you grant Peacelab permission to use it for the purpose communicated to you.

Peacelab does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for its independent terms, privacy practices, availability, or content.
Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
